1. Ownership and Operation

PolySample is owned and operated by its creator as an individual. It is not operated by a registered company or legal entity.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using PolySample, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

3. User Content and Responsibility

You may upload and share audio samples, presets, and other creative content (“Content”) on PolySample. By doing so, you agree that:

  • You will only upload Content that you created yourself or for which you have the legal right to distribute.
  • You are solely responsible for all Content you upload and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You will not upload Content that infringes on the intellectual property or rights of others.
  • All Content shared on PolySample is intended to be publicly accessible and is made available without copyright protection. By uploading Content, you acknowledge that it is shared freely and without any claim of exclusive ownership.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use PolySample in any way that is unlawful or harmful. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Uploading illegal, abusive, or offensive content
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
  • Attempting to disrupt, exploit, or compromise the technical operation of the Platform
  • Using automated tools to scrape, overload, or misuse the service

5. Account Management and Enforcement

The operator of PolySample reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or delete any account or Content at any time, with or without prior notice, if these Terms are violated or if such action is deemed necessary to protect the Platform or its users.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

PolySample is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of PolySample shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, penalties, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
